Sponsorship Options and Benefits

We are offering several levels of sponsorship commitment, but you are encouraged to express your own promotional ideas to maximise the benefits from this sponsorship opportunity. Sponsorship is offered at the following levels as outline below.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP
  • Complimentary registration for three (3) representatives at the conference, including all social functions.
  • One (1) complimentary trade exhibition booth.
  • Formal acknowledgment (250 words) and organisation's logo featured inside the book of abstracts, and on the conference website.
  • Organisation's logo featured on the cover of the Conference Registration Brochure (if sponsorship is confirmed prior to registration brochure being printed and distributed).
  • Complimentary satchel insert.
  • Acknowledgment wherever possible in public relations, the media and advertising campaigns.
  • Representative, or nominee, of your organisation to give a 15 minute plenary presentation within the program.
  • Naming rights to a keynote presentation within the program.
  • Prominent position of organisation's banner in the main conference room.
  • Resting slide at start of each day.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP
  • Complimentary registration for two (2) representatives at the conference. including all social functions.
  • One (1) complimentary trade exhibition booth.
  • Formal acknowledgment (100 words) and organisation's logo featured inside the book of abstracts, and on the conference website.
  • Organisation's logo featured on the cover of the Conference Registration Brochure (if sponsorship is confirmed prior to registration brochure being printed and distributed).
  • Complimentary satchel insert.
  • Acknowledgment wherever possible in public relations, the media and advertising campaigns.

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP
  • Complimentary registration for one (1) representative at the conference.
  • Formal acknowledgment (25 words) and organisation's logo featured inside the book of abstracts, and on the conference website.
  • Organisation's logo featured inside the cover of the Conference Registration Brochure (if sponsorship is confirmed prior to registration brochure being printed and distributed).

INVESTMENT: $5,000

TRADE EXHIBITION
  • Stand located in conference venue for the duration of the conference.
  • Exposition floor space with erected 3 x 2.1m stand, 2.4m velcro-compatible walls, fascia sign, 2 x 150watt spotlights, 1 x 4amp/1000watt power outlet.
  • Attendance for one (1) representative at the social functions.
  • Organisation's logo, company name, address and contact details inside the book of abstracts, and on the conference website.
